Objective
Russia does not have its own sufficient technologies to build the entire infrastructure of 5G telecommunication networks. Pilot Telecom has become the owner of foreign technologies that can be used to deploy production in Russia. However, the project requires huge capital investments to build the industrial infrastructure and distribution system across the country.
It is extremely difficult to realize such a large-scale project without government support, so we had the task of proposing a GR strategy and properly “packaging” it in the project documentation so that the customer could obtain government funding and all sorts of assistance with it.
Besides, the young company did not have its own unique identity, which would convey the ambitious nature of the project and, at the same time, a modern approach to doing business.

We decided to analyze in which sectors of the economy and public policy the emergence of 5G networks is vital.

This would not only shut down cellular communications, but also block both the economy and the state system. But an even more dangerous risk lies in the military infrastructure, as the army also needs 5G networks. This is a fundamental factor in the country's security.
